Description
A crunchy and nutty almond biscotti made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- Fold in sliced almonds.
- Shape the dough into a log and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice the log into biscotti pieces.
- Return slices to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8 minutes until crisp.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed with coffee or tea.
