Description

A crunchy and nutty almond biscotti made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  4. Fold in sliced almonds.
  5. Shape the dough into a log and place it in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice the log into biscotti pieces.
  8. Return slices to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8 minutes until crisp.
