Description

Air Fryer Baklava Bites are a quick and easy dessert that combines flaky pastry with sweet, nutty filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup of chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix walnuts, pistachios, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Lay out phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
  4. Place a spoonful of nut mixture on the dough and fold it into a triangle.
  5. Repeat until all dough and filling are used.
  6. Brush the tops with more melted butter.
  7. Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
