Deliciously soft and moist banana bread bites made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add melted butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
- Grease a small baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Pour the batter into the dish and smooth the top.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into bites.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for better flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on the air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
