Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Grease a small baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
  7. Pour the batter into the dish and smooth the top.
  8. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing into bites.
