A delicious and easy dessert made with fresh blueberries and a crispy topping, prepared in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries with vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Spread the blueberry mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Top with the oat mixture.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Can use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of blueberries.
