Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix grated carrots, almond flour, oats, and chopped walnuts.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Form the mixture into small bites.
  6. Place the bites in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
