Ingredients

- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix grated carrots, almond flour, oats, and chopped walnuts.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Form the mixture into small bites.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
