Description
Delicious bite-sized cheesecakes made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the graham mixture into silicone molds.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Place the molds in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool before removing from molds.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool completely for best texture.
- Serve with fruit toppings if desired.
