Description
A moist and delicious chocolate banana bread made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add baking soda and salt, and mix.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe loaf pan.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute chocolate chips with nuts if desired.
