Description

Delicious chocolate peanut butter cups made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
  5. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
