Description
Delicious chocolate peanut butter cups made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 5 minutes.
- Let cool and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
