Description
Delicious air fryer pretzels coated with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll dough into ropes and shape into pretzels.
- In a pot, boil water and add baking soda. Boil pretzels for 30 seconds each.
- Place pretzels in the air fryer basket and brush with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle on top of pretzels.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
