Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture.
  5. Form small balls and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
