- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture.
- Form small balls and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
