Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.

  3. Add cold water and form a dough.
  4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Press the circles into tartlet molds.
  7. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Fill each tartlet shell with cream cheese mixture.
  9. Top with mixed fresh fruits.
  10. Place tartlets in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Let cool before serving.
