Delicious and fudgy brownies made in an air fryer with a mocha twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and coffee; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
