Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix raspberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the raspberry mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Place turnovers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
