- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix raspberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the raspberry mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place turnovers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Adjust sugar based on the tartness of the raspberries.
