Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes.
  2. In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the sweet potatoes.
  5. Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
