Ingredients

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
