Description
Chocolate truffles infused with amaretto liqueur.
Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder for rolling
- 1/2 cup crushed almonds for rolling
Instructions
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.
- Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add amaretto liqueur and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or crushed almonds.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm.

- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Allow truffles to come to room temperature before serving.
