- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Add avocado, banana, and spinach to a blender.
- Pour in almond milk and add honey and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
