Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash it lightly.
- Add the drained tuna, red onion, and celery to the bowl.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix until combined.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
