Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Baileys Irish Cream. Mix until smooth.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
