Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Baileys Irish Cream. Mix until smooth.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate before it sets.
