Delicious chocolate cupcakes infused with Baileys Irish Cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, Baileys, and milk to the dry ingredients.
- Beat until smooth and combined.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
- Adjust baking time for mini cupcakes.
