Description
Delicious chocolate truffles infused with Baileys Irish Cream.
Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in Baileys Irish Cream until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Use a scoop to form small balls and roll them in cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
- Chill again before serving.
Notes
- Store in a cool place.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar used.
