Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rice the cauliflower and steam it until tender.
- Let the cauliflower cool, then squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix the cauliflower, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small tot shapes.
- Place the tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
