A delicious keto-friendly dessert inspired by traditional baklava.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, walnuts, pecans, coconut, melted butter, erythritol, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add sugar-free syrup and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Scoop the mixture into the muffin cups, pressing down firmly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with additional nuts or syrup if desired.
