Healthy banana oatmeal muffins without flour or sugar.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add oats, applesauce, almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter taste, add a splash of vanilla extract.
- These muffins freeze well for later use.
