Delicious Biscoff cake topped with creamy cookie butter frosting.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Divide batter between the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
- For frosting, beat cookie butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread frosting on top of one cake layer, place the second layer on top, and frost the top and sides.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with crushed Biscoff cookies for extra flavor.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
