- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and almond butter until smooth.
- Add powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
- Gently fold in blackberries.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from molds and store in the freezer.
