Description

Delicious chocolate truffles infused with your favorite holiday spirits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whiskey or rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Add whiskey and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
  5. Use a melon baller or spoon to scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
