A delicious combination of brownies and cookies in one treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie batter in a greased baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.

- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
