- Brew espresso and set aside.

- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla to the milk and stir until dissolved.
- Combine the espresso with the milk mixture.
- Pour into a cup and sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
