Delicious buttercream truffles coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz chocolate chips, for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature.

- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- For added flavor, consider using different extracts.
- Try rolling in cocoa powder or crushed nuts for variety.
