Description
Delicious chocolate truffles with a candy cane twist.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups crushed candy canes
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add crushed candy canes and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top.
- Chill until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Adjust candy cane amount for more or less mint flavor.
