Description

Delicious chocolate truffles with a candy cane twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups crushed candy canes
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add crushed candy canes and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top.
  8. Chill until chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Store truffles in the refrigerator.
  • Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
  • Adjust candy cane amount for more or less mint flavor.
