Ingredients

- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash and peel the carrots.
- Peel the ginger and chop it into small pieces.
- Core and chop the apple.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Add all ingredients to a blender with water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Serve immediately.
