  • Your choice of pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grate the cauliflower into fine rice-like pieces.
  3. Steam the cauliflower for about 5 minutes and let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a crust.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Add your sauce and toppings to the crust.
  8. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
