Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
