Instructions

- Grease a pie dish with butter.
- Spread the pitted cherries evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the cherries in the dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
