Ingredients

- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Wash and chop the kale.
- Peel the banana.
- Combine kale, banana, chia seeds, almond milk, and honey in a blender.
- Add ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.

- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
