Ingredients

- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates and almonds until finely chopped.
- Add chia seeds, cocoa powder, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Chill truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
