Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, and peanut butter.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Form small balls with the dough.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
- Substitute almond flour with oat flour if preferred.
