Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fill cupcake liners with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, mix cocoa powder, butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Frost the cupcakes with the chocolate frosting.
