Description
A delicious cookie that combines the crunch of biscotti with a rich chocolate dip.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into a log and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice log into biscotti shapes.
- Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip one end of each biscotti.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use any type of chocolate for dipping.
- Try adding nuts for extra texture.
