Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Stir until the sugar and cocoa are fully dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes, add chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality cocoa powder for better flavor.
- Allow ice cream to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
