- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Add flour, vanilla, and salt; mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
- Serve immediately with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the center molten.
