- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
