  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  4. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
  5. Add a dollop of peanut butter in the center of each cupcake.
  6. Cover with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before frosting.
  9. For frosting, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until creamy.
  10. Frost the cooled cupcakes.
