Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
- Add a dollop of peanut butter in the center of each cupcake.
- Cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
- For frosting, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until creamy.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes.
