Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. Whip heavy cream until peaks form.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  7. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
