- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Whip heavy cream until peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use sugar-free chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder if desired.
