- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, collagen powder, ground cinnamon, banana, and honey.
- Add ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use frozen banana for a creamier texture.
