Description

Delicious cinnamon roll muffins that are gluten free and dairy free.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill a muffin tin with batter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
