Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
