Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These brownies can be frozen for later use.
