A delicious coffee crumb cake perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream.
- Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
- Sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Add more cinnamon for extra flavor.
