A refreshing cold coffee drink made by steeping coffee grounds in cold water.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Milk or cream (optional)
- Sugar or sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Combine coffee grounds and cold water in a large jar.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
- Strain the coffee using a coffee filter or a fine mesh sieve.
- Serve over ice and add milk or sweetener if desired.
Notes
- Adjust coffee-to-water ratio for stronger or weaker brew.
- Store leftover cold brew in the fridge for up to two weeks.
