Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, banana, spinach, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- You can substitute spinach with kale or other greens.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk.
